You will conduct observations, mentor staff, and help implement the Balanced Learning curriculum using our digital platform, ensuring safe, engaging learning environments.

This role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, hands-on coaching, and maintaining appropriate ratios while growing our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Prior experience in early childhood education or classroom teaching preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and mentorship skills.
• Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with teachers and staff.
• Comfortable providing hands-on classroom support and constructive feedback.
• Organized, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Meets state licensing requirements for child care staff (background check, health screening, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers across all classroom age groups.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to build engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
• Conducting classroom observations to support and ensure implementation of the Balanced Learning curriculum.
• Supporting teachers' use of our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
• Stepping into classrooms as needed to maintain ratio.
• Helping teachers gather and create curriculum materials.
