• Conducts one-on-one activities with small groups during instruction and review.
• Engages actively with children throughout the day and assists those needing extra support.
• Communicates openly with families, team members, and supervisors.
• Collaborates with families and staff to foster a nurturing learning environment.
• Maintains a safe and healthy environment per licensing guidelines and standards.
