• Strong knowledge of state and national licensing and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Observe classrooms using various assessment tools.
• Assist teachers in self-evaluation and goal setting.
• Provide coaching for developmentally appropriate practices.
• Conduct lead teacher meetings at least twice a month.
