Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy on Ronald Reagan Parkway in Snellville, GA is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator who will lead our educational program, mentor teachers, and ensure developmentally appropriate learning experiences for every child.

You will coach, observe classrooms, provide feedback, oversee fidelity to the curriculum, and support Bright from the Start compliance and Quality Rated initiatives, while collaborating with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or curriculum experience in early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of Bright from the Start licensing regulations and Quality Rated standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teachers to strengthen instructional practices.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback and professional development.
• Ensure curriculum fidelity across all age groups and monitor lesson plans and assessments.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Maintain compliance with Bright from the Start licensing standards and Quality Rated initiatives.
