THE HISTORY: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun‑loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

• Part‑Time Soccer coach for early childhood classes throughout preschool, schools and parks & recreation programs.

• Coach kids between the ages of 2yrs to 10yrs.
• Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely manage a class of up to 15 children
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on‑time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference.

Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success. Our Coaches use a non‑competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress‑free environment. Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success and finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open‑minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.

The Schedule:

You will be required to work in a variety of environments and weather conditions. This includes outdoor fields during inclement weather.

The majority of classes are held during school hours, after school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below:

• Monday‑Friday (Times): 9:00‑6:00
• Weekends: (Times) 9:00‑12:00.
• Coaches are expected to travel up to 30‑45 minutes.

COMPENSATION:

$18‑25 HOURLY RATE (Part Time). New Coaches can work up to *10‑20 classes a week

*subject to availability and performance.
