Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Passing Kentucky Para-educator Assessment or 48 college semester hours required.
• Demonstrated competent language skills and ability to read and understand words and ideas.
• Experience working with children, individually or in groups.
• All required trainings to be completed within 90 days of employment, including bus monitoring training.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students as part of the instructional program.
• Assist in documenting pupil progress and preparing materials.
• Organize materials and equipment for instruction.
• Assist bus drivers in supervising, loading, and unloading students.
