Responsibilities

• Assist in a classroom by maintaining consistency and high expectations for children.
• Provide a safe, healthy learning environment for children birth to twelve years.
• Communicate and promote family involvement within the classroom.
• Assist in planning and facilitate curriculum guided by the Reggio Emilia or Montessori approach.
• Collaborate with teachers to provide quality care for children and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Observe, document and evaluate children for family/teacher conferences.
