Job summary

Bright Horizons is hiring Associate Teachers at our Bethlehem, PA centers to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

Responsibilities include hands-on activities, communicating with families about daily milestones, and maintaining a safe, clean classroom in accordance with Bright Horizons policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in child care preferred.
• CDA/Associate/Bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child’s daily milestones.
