Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior classroom experience (Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool).
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and oral communication.
• Desire to mold and shape the minds of young children.

Responsibilities

• Meet the individual needs of children and families.
• Interact with children to support learning through play and exploration.
• Implement developmentally appropriate classroom management strategies to ensure success for all students.
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
