Qualifications
- High school diploma required; ECE-related degrees preferred.
- Prior licensed childcare/preschool experience desirable.
- Demonstrates empathy and caring for young children.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Basic understanding of child development and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Teacher with implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
- Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean space.
- Supervise children and provide individualized support.
- Communicate with families about daily activities and progress.
- Adhere to health, safety and licensing guidelines.
- Support daily care routines and nurturing learning environment.
