Job summary

TGS Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support the curriculum and care for children at the Gardner School campus in Chelmsford, MA. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom activities and provide nurturing guidance to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

The position offers competitive pay between $19.10 and $23.60 per hour based on education and experience, along with health benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Physical ability to stand, sit on the floor, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Provide nurturing guidance that supports children’s emotional and behavioral development.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
