Job summary

Children of America, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher in Appleton, WI to support early childhood education programs for ages 6 weeks to 12 years. You will help implement lesson plans and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.

You will communicate with parents and staff, document progress using technology, and show empathy toward children and families. Growth into a Lead Teacher role is encouraged and supported.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
