Job summary

New Horizon Academy Iowa Inc. seeks a childcare assistant teacher to join our Pella, IA classrooms for Toddlers, Preschool, and Floats. The role offers a wage range of 13.80–15.15 USD per hour, with DOE consideration and participation in the WAGE$ program.

Applicants must be able to work a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule, enjoy working with children, and demonstrate a team-centered attitude. Prior childcare experience is welcome but not required; state background checks and eligibility to work

Qualifications

• Must meet state qualifications for the listed position.
• Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Must satisfy Applicant Background Study and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
