Responsibilities include implementing lesson plans, supporting development across social, emotional, cognitive and physical domains, preparing materials, and communicating with families about daily

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate/bachelor in ECE preferred.
• Experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Empathy and compassion for children.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Basic understanding of child development.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass state background checks and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean, inviting environment.
• Supervise and provide individualized support to children.
• Communicate with families about child progress and activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations.
• Support daily care routines to foster a nurturing learning environment.
