You will assist the Lead Teacher with delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote curiosity, confidence, and kindness. You will help maintain a safe, clean classroom that meets licensing and student-to-teacher ratios, while interacting with children during daily routines and outdoor time.

• Assist with delivering activities under Lead Teacher guidance
• Support safe and organized classroom in compliance with licensing and ratios
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children's development and share notes with Lead Teacher
• Build positive relationships with families through daily communication
• Assist with attendance and daily reports documentation

• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time

• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
