Celebree Schools is hiring for a full-time childcare position focused on creating a nurturing classroom and supporting age-appropriate learning activities. The role emphasizes welcoming interactions with children, parents, and visitors, while maintaining clean, engaging displays and a positive learning environment.

Candidates should have experience in the child care industry, strong communication with parents, and the ability to implement lesson plans in line with Celebree's curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience in child care industry preferred.
• Ability to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Effective communication with parents and regular updates on child development.
• Maintains clean, safe classroom environment.
• Assists in maintaining displays and Parent Board.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing classroom ensuring compliance with regulations, company standards, policies and procedures.
• Provides a welcoming & friendly classroom environment for children, parents & visitors.
• Assists in maintaining attractive and current classroom/hallway displays and an educational and informative Parent Board that is updated regularly.
• Assists in creating and implementing thorough, timely lesson plans that are age appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree's curriculum;
• Assists in managing effective classroom transitions.
• Assists and supervises children during all activities; counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Ensures that appearance, cleanliness and safe environment of classroom is appropriately maintained.
• Assists in completing all classroom paperwork
• Communicates effectively with parents, e.g., greeting by name, addressing concerns in a timely manner, giving positive feedback, and providing regular updates on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
• Identifies opportunities and/or problems in the classroom/School and works with the Lead teacher and Director to resolve.
