Responsibilities

• Conduct oneself with Christ-like professional behavior.
• Assist the Lead Teacher: lovingly care for and teach children.
• Implement lessons that target the spiritual, mental, physical, and social growth of students.
• Foster an orderly classroom environment with regular routines of play, rest, physical activity, and formal learning.
• Encourage the sense of wonder in children as they learn.
• Maintain a neat and orderly classroom.
• Perform support duties as assigned (e.g., monitor lunch, recess, before/after care).

Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Aide (5-day class) at our Peninsula Pike Campus. Job Requirements:

• Full support of Heritage’s Statement of Faith, Mission, and Vision statements
• Experience with preschool aged children
• Strong communication
