New Horizon Academy in Burnsville, MN is seeking a dedicated Childcare Aide to join our Float classroom. This full-time role offers a $500 hiring bonus and a wage range of $15.75 to $16.80 per hour, with a focus on nurturing young learners.

You will work Monday–Friday with a positive, team-oriented environment and opportunities for career growth. We value energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping children learn through play and discovery.
