Job summary

Framatome North America in Richland, WA, invites engineers with a chemical engineering background to join a mission-critical energy program. You will apply standard design, development, analysis, testing, and field task execution to deliver reliable nuclear solutions.

Under mentorship you will learn government and industry standards, use CAD tools, and engage with senior staff on method selection and minor adaptations, ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical).
  • Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted.
  • Basic knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
  • Exposure to use of CAD modeling and computer programming skills.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $86,000-$91,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
