Job summary

Carollo Engineers, Inc. is seeking an entry-level civil/environmental engineer with a focus on water/wastewater engineering in Texas. The role involves planning and design projects, reporting, and field support across water infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in civil/environmental engineering and an Engineer-in-Training certification, with 0–4 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel is expected; ArcGIS and AutoCAD familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering with coursework in physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and water/wastewater design
• 0–4 years of directly-relevant water and wastewater engineering experience
• Engineer-in-Training Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work in a team
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering work in water and wastewater treatment and conveyance infrastructure
• Work on planning and design projects
• Prepare reports, plans, and specifications
• Develop cost estimates for water and wastewater projects
• Model systems and perform permitting analyses
• Provide engineering services during construction and field activities
