Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. seeks an Early Career Process Engineer to join our Water Process Engineering and Infrastructure Service Line in Phoenix, AZ.

You will apply academic knowledge to real-world consulting projects involving water and wastewater treatment, stormwater management, and groundwater treatment for a national client base. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields (required)
• Advanced degree in related field (preferred)
• EI/EIT certification or interest to obtain (preferred)
• Experience or coursework in water/wastewater treatment or related consulting (preferred)
• Foundational understanding of process engineering principles (required)
• Strong writing and communication skills (required)
• Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel (required)

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering evaluations for water and wastewater systems.
• Assist with data review and development of engineering recommendations.
• Conduct fieldwork including sampling, inspections, and pilot testing support.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams, laboratories, vendors, and clients to deliver quality results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop consulting solutions.
• Drive project-related travel as needed.
