We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Systems Analyst to join our team in addressing critical national security challenges. In this role, the selected candidate will conduct objective studies and perform technical analyses to inform decision‑makers on strategic and program‑specific issues. You will develop system‑level design architectures by integrating components into comprehensive, functional systems using a multidisciplinary approach.
Your expertise will contribute to solving complex problems related to nuclear weapons command and control, countering weapons of mass destruction, signature identification, strategic materials management, energy systems, arms control, nonproliferation, and nuclear security. Additionally, you will perform risk assessments of current and emerging threats to national security, applying your skills to enhance the safety and security of the United States.

Department 4120, Project Execution, provides data analysis, reporting, and operational support for mission needs at Sandia National Laboratories. The department develops and maintains dashboards, performs data mining and investigative analysis, and supports decision‑making through timely and accurate reporting. Work includes building data solutions, improving reporting efficiency, and responding to a broad range of customer and leadership requests that support organizational effectiveness.
