In an early-career capacity, you will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to identify quality issues and drive corrective actions.

You will monitor processes against specifications, assist with internal and external audits, and help prepare routine quality reports for management review to sustain product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field)
• 1 year of post-graduate experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment

• Quality System Compliance: Support compliance with industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements; assist internal and external audits.
• Process & Product Quality: Monitor manufacturing processes and product lines to ensure conformance to technical specifications, blueprints, and quality plans.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA): Investigate non-conformances and customer escapes; implement CAPA with engineering and production teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze quality metrics and prepare routine reports for management review.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our operations team. In this early-career role, you will support the maintenance, development, and improvement of our quality management system to ensure all products meet stringent industry, regulatory, and customer requirements. You will work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify quality issues, support root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality System Compliance: Support compliance with industry-specific standards (such as AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements. Participate in internal audits and assist with preparation for external customer and third-party audits.
• Process & Product Quality: Monitor manufacturing processes and product lines to ensure conformance to technical specifications, blueprints, and quality plans.
• Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA): Assist in investigating non-conformances and customer escapes. Work with engineering and production teams to utilize standard problem-solving methodologies to determine root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, track, and analyze quality metrics (e.g., scrap rates, first-pass yield, defect trends) to identify areas for process improvement. Prepare routine quality reports for management review.
