One Medical is seeking current Residents/Fellows completing training in 2026–2027 for our Maryland offices. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a tech-enabled environment, with onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing learning.

The role involves managing diverse patient panels, in-person and tele-health visits, and collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, supported by continuous education and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Must be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident or completed within last year and slated for next exam.
• State license in Maryland, obtained before start date.

What you’ll be working on:

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Maryland, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role based in one of our Maryland offices . During your interview process, we will determine the exact office location based on your preferences and business needs.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $253,200 to $284,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
