Job summary

One Medical, based in Phoenix, is seeking residents completing training in 2026 or 2027 for full-time primary care physician roles. You’ll manage diverse patient panels in a tech-enabled, supportive environment with a robust onboarding and ongoing education program.

You’ll practice in-office, testing centers, and tele-health visits, with weekly Clinical Rounds and team collaboration. Arizona licensing and board eligibility are required for start dates.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Must presently be Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam.
• Arizona state licensed before start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing learning during Weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues

The base salary range for this role is $238,600 to $268,425 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.Additionalpaymay bedeterminedforthose candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
