Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.

In this internship, you’ll get hands‑on experience, one‑on‑one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side‑by‑side with talented teams to learn about the business.

Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full‑time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!

Global Product Innovation & Enablement Overview

This internship provides broad exposure to how innovation, technology, and strong business management can help transform the way a global Product organization operates. The intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting initiatives across AI, automation, data, digital tools, and process improvement, while developing a strong understanding of the business needs and operational processes that underpin Global Product.

The intern will work alongside Product Enablement professionals on a mix of innovation initiatives and ongoing business activities, with opportunities to identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate and apply new technologies, support solution development, and collaborate with partners across Product, Technology, Data & Analytics, Investments, Distribution, and other functions.

Designed for someone with strong technical fluency and an interest in applying technology within a business environment, the internship will provide meaningful exposure to both innovation and enablement. The experience is intended to build an understanding of how emerging capabilities and practical business solutions can improve processes, enhance decision‑making, and enable a global Product organization to operate more effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Presentation & Documentation Support: Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and documentation to assist the Business Management Team
  • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and development workshops to strengthen technical capabilities, business acumen, and professional skills.
  • Cross‑Functional Learning & Organizational Effectiveness: Build relationships across the intern cohort and business units to learn how teams are improving processes and contributing to organizational effectiveness, then synthesize and present key findings to Business Management.
  • AI‑Enabled Ways of Working: Champion the use of existing AI technologies and resources in daily work to streamline manual processes, enhance analysis and team execution, and share best practices that help teams and leaders incorporate AI effectively.
  • Innovation Enablement: Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to improve how product data is tracked and visualized, including contributing to Power BI dashboards that support more efficient, insight‑driven decision‑making.
What you get

  • Your Own Mentor – You’ll be paired with a mentor who’s got your back, answers your questions, and helps you navigate your summer.

  • Pathway to Future Opportunities – Nail your internship, and you could be eligible for a full‑time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!
  • Real Experience, Real Impact – Work on meaningful projects, learn from our team, and see what it’s like to work at a global investment firm.
