From day one, you'll build an understanding of how different risks are assessed, placed, and managed, while developing the technical and commercial skills needed to advise clients effectively. Throughout the program, you’ll develop the technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and professional skills needed to succeed in a broking career.
Your experience will include structured learning, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, mentoring, and access to senior leaders through speaker events and interactive sessions.
