Sway, a Los Angeles-based technology and logistics startup, is hiring a part-time Warehouse Associate in Orange County (Santa Ana). You will handle receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and organizing products, while supporting a variety of warehouse tasks and growing into a team lead as the company expands.

The role emphasizes inventory management, accurate processing of packages, safety compliance, and coordination with drivers.

• Proven warehouse experience.
• Team player with organizational skills.
• High school diploma.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse inventory management.
• Process, sort, and ingest packages accurately.
• Monitor ingoing and outgoing shipments.
• Organize warehouse space.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Check and verify shipping labels.
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.
• Contribute ideas on warehousing procedures.
• Communicate operational needs to HQ.
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Reschedule and track failed delivery attempts.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Verify and review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate pickups and assist in processing outgoing shipments.
