Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an EAP Counselor to provide counseling related to workplace and career, emotional and mental health, relationship dynamics, work-life integration, and health and wellness. You will apply advanced consult ing skills or extensive technical expertise to develop innovative solutions and may mentor team members.

You must have 3+ years of experience in counseling or behavioral health, a TS/SCI clearance, a Master's in Behavioral Health, and LCSW or licensed psychologist

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
