Qualifications

• Prepare reports, schedules, procedures, and process documents.
• Read equipment-related documents, printouts, and reports.
• Experience creating and processing work orders and tracking data.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding work-related information.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer of material and equipment using Oracle EAM and @hand; update records.
• Collect and upload photos and documents for asset certifications.
• Compile inventory and connectivity reports and asset records.
• Complete asset inventories at rig-up yard and third-party locations; reconcile errors.
• Release and close work orders with supporting documentation.
• Identify assets lacking identification tagging numbers and report findings.
• Verify receipt of new orders and match/receive in purchasing system.
• Provide commentary on project invoices regarding receipts and locations.
• Track labeling progress and assign asset numbers for new purchases.
• Update EAM maintenance records, meters and documents; troubleshoot issues.
