Job summary

Eagle Logistics Systems is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Jacksonville, Florida facility. You will handle shipping and receiving ocean freight containers and trailers on the 2nd shift, standing on a concrete floor in a large warehouse, and you may work OT as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and stand-up forklift experience.
• 2–3 years of container warehouse experience and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Experience using RF devices to scan items; proficiency with inventory software.
• Able to work second shift with OT as needed.
• Reliable and flexible with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload ocean containers.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any inventory or product discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, physical production environment and are team-oriented. OurWarehouse Associatesare hard-working individuals and a vital contributor to AJC Logistics' success in meeting operating standards and customer satisfaction. TheWarehouse Associatewill be responsible for shipping and receiving ocean freight containers and trailers at our Jacksonville, Florida facility on the Northside. The ideal candidate is responsible, and committed to quality service, and can operate a stand-up forklift experience. You will be on your feet all day standing or walking on the concrete floor in our 55,000 square foot warehouse. You must be okay working in multiple temperatures.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload ocean containers.

Requirements:

• High School, GED, or equivalent experience
• Stand-up forklift experience required (Crown or Raymond)
• 2-3 Years of container warehouse experience
  
• Receiving by case count is preferred
  
• Ability to understand RF devices to scan a variety of products.
• Previous experience loading ocean containers for destination to Puerto Rico preferred
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects
  

Shift Time

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday: 3:00 pm to 2:00 am plus OT as needed.
