Elmington is seeking an Asset Manager in Nashville to oversee the investment lifecycle of a LIHTC multifamily portfolio. You will monitor performance, reforecast when needed, and communicate results to investors and leadership.
This role requires cross-functional collaboration with development and property management teams. Your responsibilities include driving revenue growth, analyzing cash flow, and ensuring Elmington standards across sites.
