Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in Tampa, FL to lead end-to-end testing across multi-system flows, delivering high-quality software solutions. You will coordinate UAT/SIT cycles, mentor junior QA engineers, and contribute to design discussions while working with Java/Python automation, Selenium, Playwright, API testing, and data-driven testing approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience testing across 5+ interconnected systems/applications.
• Experience coordinating UAT cycles, leading SIT/regression cycles, or mentoring junior QA engineers.
• Hands-on experience with live lab testing of networks/devices preferred.
• Strong programming and automation skills in Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements and support design discussions.
• Guide technical teams in building software solutions through design decisions.
• Contribute to coding and integrate features with emphasis on stability.
• Perform code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials and support documentation.
• Resolve production issues and suggest preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, tests, and support activities for knowledge base.
