The Manager, End-to-End Performance Management & Supply Chain Reliability leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management and supply chain reliability across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. This role is responsible for driving standardized business processes, operational insights, digital capabilities, and cross‑functional governance that enable informed decision making and improved supply chain performance. The position partners closely with Supply Chain functions, Value Chain Leaders, Digital Product teams, and senior leadership to strengthen operational performance, proactively manage supply risk, and accelerate continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain. The role also serves as the Business Process Owner and Business Product Owner for the enterprise End-to-End Cycle Time capability, leading its strategy, governance, digital roadmap, and adoption across the organization.
