Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking an E2E Data and Analytics Specialist in Overland Park, KS. The role drives analytics governance across Hill’s Supply Chain functions, implementing data and analytics strategies and integrating capabilities into analytical platforms.

You will work cross-regionally to improve supply chain performance and cost efficiencies. The position requires 5+ years in analytics/data strategy, strong SQL/Cloud data platform experience, and proficiency with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement/Sourcing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of analytics, data strategy, and/or project management experience.
Strong understanding of SQL environments, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and cloud data platforms.
Proficiency in analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, Sigma or equivalents.
Broad knowledge of Global Supply Chain systems, procurement workflows, and network operations.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Implement analytics enablement strategies, solution roadmaps, and governance frameworks for Hill’s Demand team.
Serve as Scrum Master, ensuring agile delivery of data and analytics projects.
Lead automation of procurement metrics, spend analysis, and operational reporting.
Oversee management and optimization of SQL data warehouses including Snowflake and BigQuery.
Identify and implement AI use cases, and train teams to use AI tools.
