EXPANSIA, in Huntsville, is seeking a seasoned Integrated Product Support specialist to help manage IPS for Army/DoD programs. You will support SOW/CDRL/DID development, risk analysis, and sustainment documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced defense environment.
Required: Active Secret clearance, 8+ years IPS experience (or 11+ years with HS diploma), and strong communication skills.

Support all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS), including research, analysis, development, integration, and coordination oflogisticsdata with stakeholders
Support development and review of acquisition documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Data Item Descriptions (DID), work breakdown structures, Integrated Master Schedules, and lifecycle cost estimates.
Support milestone activities including documentation review and participation in design reviews
Analyze and assess Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) toidentifyand mitigate risks related to sourcing, procurement, cybersecurity, manufacturing quality, and DMSMS.
Support analysis oflogisticsinformation across product support integrators and providers tooptimizeproduct support strategies.
Participate in Integrated Product Teams, including those focused on supply chain risk management.
Analyzelogisticsoperations across FLRAA deployment environments toidentifydeficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Assess product support arrangements to ensure alignment with FLRAA sustainment strategies.
Support development and maintenance of requiredlogisticsdocumentation including LCSP, Core Logistics Determination, Sustainment Workload Estimates, Independent Logistics Assessments, IUID Plans, and other statutory requirements
Support multiple acquisition andlogisticsprojects simultaneously.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complexlogisticsand sustainment challenges.
Conductlogisticsstudies and technical analyses to support programobjectives.
Provide clear and effective communication with stakeholders across the program.

Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience supporting Integrated Product Support for Army and/or DoD acquisition programsOR High School diploma with 11+ years of related experience
Familiarity with acquisition program processes, procedures, and IPS management
Knowledge of acquisition and IPS regulations, policies, and standards
Experience managing and executing complexlogisticsor acquisition projects
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Office products
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
$95,000 - $112,000 a year
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
