Job summary

VeoRide, Inc. is seeking part- or full-time E-Scooter Delivery Drivers to support our fleet in Urbana, IL. You will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles, perform basic repairs, and respond to on-demand requests, following app instructions and safety guidelines.

The role suits hands-on problem solvers who like to stay active and work as part of a team. A valid driver license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a smartphone are required; competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Have a smartphone and be App-savvy
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance
• Good communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Follow the mobile App instruction to complete shift tasks
• Drive a company’s van to find scooters and swap battery
• Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas
• Perform basic repair and quality check
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters
• Other duties as assigned
