Job summary

VeoRide, Inc. is seeking E-Scooter Delivery Drivers (1099 Contractor) in Manhattan, KS. The role involves locating scooters, swapping batteries, rebalancing vehicles, and performing basic repairs while maintaining fleet efficiency.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with a pay rate of $14–$15 per hour and a base wage of $15 hourly for this market. Ideal candidates are versatile, tech-friendly, and able to work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology.
• Able to lift and move scooters up to 60 lbs without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned tasks.
• Locate scooters and perform battery swaps.
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters.
• Maintain accurate task completion records through the Veo app.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
