Veo, a leading micromobility provider in North America, is hiring for part-time fleet operations roles in New York. You will drive a company van, locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance fleet, and perform basic repairs to ensure a safe, reliable rider experience.

We value hands-on problem solvers who can work a flexible schedule and stay active during shifts. Van provided; must live near the warehouse in Ozone Park, NY. Pay is $20/hour, with potential for full-time opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks.
• Drive company van to locate scooters and swap batteries.
• Rebalance scooters between low and high demand areas.
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks.
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20/hr

A company van is provided to all employees. Candidates must live near or have reliable transportation to the warehouse located on Liberty Avenue in Ozone Park, NY.

Job Summary:

Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and continually improving the efficiency of our fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate, swap batteries, and rebalance vehicles throughout the city and perform quality checks and minor repairs.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who loves to solve problems, work with their hands, and be active throughout an entire shift.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the mobile App instruction to complete shift tasks
• Drive a company’s van to find scooters and swap battery
• Rebalance scooters from low demand to high demand areas
• Perform basic repair and quality check
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate/retrieve scooters
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Have a smartphone and be App-savvy
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs scooters without assistance
• Good communication and attention to detail

Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.

Pay Range

$20 - $20 USD

Because this role may use a company vehicle we need to ensure you're eligible to be added to our insurance policy

Our van insurance requires all employees to be at least 21 years or older.
