Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking an Emergency Department Attendant for full-time night shifts. You will provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and help create a safe, compassionate environment while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clinical staff to support treatment and recovery, and ensuring clear communication with patients and visitors in a fast-paced department.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification within 30 days upon hire.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for the electronic medical record.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Preferred soft skills: empathy, compassion, problem solving, attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability.
• This position is a Safety Sensitive Position.
