Job summary

Kelly is seeking an eLearning Design Specialist ( onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL ) to design and develop engaging learning solutions for our Skills Transformation program. You will create instructor-led, virtual, and online modules, collaborating with SMEs and project teams from concept through implementation.

The role covers creating PowerPoint materials, guides, job aids, and eLearning courses using Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline, while maintaining branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline.
• Learning management system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and project-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions based on business needs.
• Create PowerPoint materials, facilitator guides, job aids, toolkits, manager guides, FAQs, and eLearning courses.
• Develop interactive eLearning using Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline.
• Collaborate with SMEs and project teams to validate content.
• Transform content for facilitation and online learning.
• Coordinate project activities and meet deadlines.
• Communicate project status, risks, and needs to stakeholders.
