• Follow instructions from teachers and administrators
• Work with students individually or in small groups
• Accompany class to special subjects such as music, physical education, art, and library
• Provide assistance and guidance of routines to a substitute in a teacher's absence
• Work the number of days and hours specified when employed by the board; hours worked exclude lunch
• Perform other duties as may be assigned
