Job summary

Pace is seeking a Group Leader/Supervisor for Extractables & Leachables (E&L) in Morrisville, NC. This on-site, full-time role leads a dynamic E&L team within a GMP CRO environment and focuses on high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

The candidate will manage daily laboratory operations, mentor scientists, review critical documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, CRO, or GMP-regulated analytical lab.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop E&L scientists and analysts.
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and workload prioritization.
• Review protocols, reports, data packages, investigations, and lab documentation.
• Ensure GMP compliance, data integrity, and QA alignment.
• Support client projects from initiation to delivery and drive improvements.
