Job summary

Hargrove is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Construction Field Specialist to support commissioning and construction activities at a large industrial facility in New Johnsonville, TN.

This long-term role offers exposure to complex industrial systems in a 100% teammate-owned EPC firm and emphasizes hands-on field work, coordination with engineering, construction, and maintenance teams, and ownership of commissioning success.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in industrial construction coordination, commissioning, or E&I field support.
Hands-on experience with electrical and instrumentation systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and specifications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in coordinating across multi-discipline EPC project teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of electrical and instrumentation commissioning plans.
Coordinate commissioning documentation across multiple projects.
Work with process instrumentation including pressure, flow, level, analytical instruments, control valves, MCCs, motors, and control systems.
Perform and document instrument calibration activities.
Support FATs with OEMs and verify systems per design specs and industry standards.
Interface with Engineers, Construction, Maintenance, Project Managers, and site leadership.
