Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Discipline Lead for our Beaumont office. You will provide technical leadership and full discipline delivery on industrial projects, combining hands-on design with strong project controls and client communication.

The Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Discipline Lead is responsible for technical leadership and full discipline delivery for industrial projects. This role is responsible for performing advanced design work serving as a technical specialist for a complex design assignments. The ideal candidate is an experienced industrial E&I professional who combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong project controls and client communication skills. This work will be performed under minimal supervision in our Beaumont office.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
High school diploma.
Requires 15 or more years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation.
Familiarity with the current version of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Virtual team skills and cross divisional relationships are highly developed and able to provide interoffice execution support with no supervision.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
