Job summary

Filly Flair is hiring a permanent Warehouse Associate for our Sioux Falls, SD fulfillment team. The role is full-time with a 4-ten-hour-day schedule, shifts between 6 AM and 5 PM.

You will handle receiving, packing, and shipping tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced online fashion environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a willingness to learn and travel to Crooks/Renner exit if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required for full-time employment.
• Must be self-motivated with strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and work safely in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and travel to designated work exit as needed.
• Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory from inbound trucks and verify items against packing lists.
• Label, tag, weigh, measure, and record items for inventory accuracy.
• Pack and prepare orders with high accuracy for shipping.
• Move and organize stock for shipping and receiving processes.
• Assist in both shipping and receiving as needed to meet goals.
• Follow safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
