Job summary

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries, at our Cosner's Corner location, seeks a Full-Time E-Commerce Store Specialist to lead online listing efforts and train store staff. You will evaluate donated items for sale online, write compelling descriptions, and ensure accurate pricing and categorization to maximize sales.

You will partner with store teams, maintain quality control, and help drive defined daily goals while supporting across E-Commerce and in-store operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year’s industrial production experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills including internet navigation.
• Must be familiar with eBay and Amazon websites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and streamline product evaluation processes.
• Source high value donations from the donation stream.
• Train store teams to identify and price products for E-Commerce.
• Create product listings and price details for online stores.
• Record metrics like production numbers and weekly goals.
• Meet daily goals for identifying valuable items and deadlines.
• Research value and authenticity using online sources.
• Prepare and price items for listing; assist in other sites when needed.
• Communicate with E-Commerce team for consistency and training.
• Coordinate between stores and E-Commerce for timely shipping.
• Describe items accurately with keywords and quality notes.
• Maintain standard operating procedures.
• Ensure accurate shipping charges and item weights/measures.
