Lab Alley is seeking a dynamic professional to design, optimize, and scale its core digital infrastructure, bridging the ecommerce storefront, backend logistics, and CRM platforms. You will orchestrate high-availability integrations and map data flows across Magento, CRM, WMS, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Solutions Architect or a Technical Project Coordinator in e-commerce or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and document them clearly (BRDs, functional specs, user stories).
• Strong technical fluency: translating between business needs and engineering work; scoping development tasks and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with project/issue-tracking tools such as Asana and Jira; Agile/Scrum practices including daily stand-ups.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements with stakeholders across CS, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Author BRDs and functional specs; hand off to development for build.
• Manage development tickets in Jira; ensure they are well-defined and traceable through release.
• Coordinate development intake and routing of website change requests submitted by Marketing and other departments.
