Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an E commerce Order Fulfillment Clerk to pick, pack, and ship all items purchased from our E commerce site and ensure that items are shipped within 48 hours after purchase.

This non-supervisory role requires punctual attendance, attention to detail, and adherence to SOPs and safety policies. Starting wage is $13.75 per hour plus benefits, with opportunities for growth through training and additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months of order processing experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must pass a Goodwill approved criminal background check.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
• Reliable transportation and communication, required.
• Bilingual a plus.

• Pick, pack, and ship all items purchased from the E-commerce site within 48 hours of purchase.
• Prints pick lists and packing slips and pulls sold items from shelving.
• Verify accuracy of each shipment and affix postage.
• Maintains shipping records and tracking numbers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized e-commerce department.
• Attend required meetings and training and adhere to safety policies.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

JOB SUMMARY:

The E commerce Order Fulfillment Clerk will pick, pack, and ship all items purchased from E commerce site and ensure that all items are shipped within 48 hours of the purchase being finalized.

NOTE:

This is not a supervisory role.

Starting Wage

$13.75 Per Hour plus Benefits

Essential Job Functions

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Prints pick lists and packing slips and pulls sold items from shelving.
• Comply with Goodwill Central Oklahoma policies and Donated Goods E-commerce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Goodwill Central Oklahoma’s safety and security policies and procedures.
• Verifies accuracy of each shipment.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to each shipment.
• Maintains accurate shipping records and tracking numbers.
• Maintains a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a positive manner with co-workers and the management team.
• Maintain overall E-commerce department appearance, including cleanliness of facility and housekeeping to Goodwill standards.
• Moves prepared shipments to shipping area and assists shipping company with pick up as needed.
• Meets the standards and expectations for the number of items picked and shipped each day.
• Attend all meetings and training as required by the Agency.
• Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes. Attend safety training and meetings and report any unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.

• Employee is required to operate a computer and handle donated goods.

Work Environment

• Works in climate-controlled warehouse environment most of time but will be exposed to airborne particles such as dust, mold, dirt, and pollen as well as extreme heat and cold.
• Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule includes days, evenings, holidays and blackout periods, weekends may be required.
• Works 40 hours per week.
• Moderate noise level.
