Consistent support responding to phone calls, emails, and fax transmissions.* Recognizing order issues and/or conflicts within the WMOS system.* Provide prompt and professional feedback to Member Care, Home Office, and vendors.* Remain professional in all internal and external communication* Assist in training all new team members in accordance with policies and procedures.* Displays good communication skills and displays the ability to work well with others.* Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.* Maintains all DC policies and procedures* Maintains a safe and professional work environment* Performs other duties as assigned, working in other departments as needed* Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. **Qualifications*** At least 18 years of age.* High school diploma or equivalent* Strong computer and data entry skills required* Ability to read and write English, follow and provide verbal instruction in English* Bilingual preferred, English fluency required. **Environmental Job Conditions*** Occasionally requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds.
